Our own brand, WINTOUCH is available in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) required. To customize the products with your own brand, the MOQ is 500 units per model. We offer flexibility to meet your needs, whether you choose from our existing stock or opt for personalized branding. Feel free to discuss your requirements, and we will be happy to assist you.
For samples, we use international express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ARAMAX. Large quantities can be shipped by air or sea, and we have cooperative shipping agents. You need to inquire separately based on the total weight, volume, and delivery time. We also do EXW or FOB if customers have their own forwarder.
The payment term is 100% paid in RMB or USD before delivery.

We can customize the packaging and product with customer’s brand LOGO, customize product specifications and software.
The warranty period is I year after shipping from China, if there is any quality issue of the product itself, Wintouch shall provide the free maintenance service or replacement. (We only provide after-sales service for bulk orders, if there are only samples for testing, it is not within the scope of free warranty.）
We currently have no restrictions on distributors. As long as you place an order in bulk from our factory, you can become our distributor and get our technical support and promotional materials.
