Dedicated service for Wintouch VIP customers with annual cumulative purchases of 5,000+ units and single order quantities exceeding 1,000 units.
VIP Customer Qualification
Annual cumulative purchase quantity of 5,000 units or more, with single order quantities exceeding 1,000 units. This policy ensures long-term cooperation and minimizes losses caused by product quality issues.
One-Year Free Warranty
Our product warranty period is one year from the date of leaving the factory. Products within the 1-year warranty period receive free warranty service. Products beyond the 1-year warranty period receive paid warranty — we charge only thecost of accessories, with no labor costs.
Free Replacement for Product Quality Issues
If a quality problem occurs within the warranty period and is determined to be amanufacturing defect (not caused by human factors):
- •Mail the product to our Dubai Service Center (customer bears shipping cost)
- •After inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we replace with a brand new tablet at no charge
- •The replacement unit is shipped together with your next order
Out-of-Warranty & Non-Warranty Service
If the 1-year warranty period has expired or the damage is confirmed to behuman-caused, we charge only the cost price of the damaged accessories and provide repair or replacement service. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3% Free Spare Parts
When a single order exceeds 1,000 units, we provide 3% free accessories, including touch screens, power supplies, and housing/shell components.
Free Software Upgrades & Technical Support
Wintouch provides free software upgrades and lifetime technical support. When a single order exceeds 1,000 units, we include a free USB flash drivecontaining the model's firmware, flashing software, and upgrade guide.
